Read what the card adds to the account
Roblox distinguishes ordinary gift-card credit from cards that redeem directly for Robux. Its support guide specifically identifies Amazon and Party Packs gift cards as Robux-only products rather than Roblox Credit. A money denomination and a stated Robux quantity therefore need different comparisons. Determine the actual benefit from the exact variant before purchasing. Do not calculate a guaranteed Robux amount from an independent store's USD payment price, because that price and the issuer's redemption benefit describe different parts of the transaction.

Use a browser unless the supported exception applies
The standard instructions use Roblox's redemption website: sign in, enter the code and select Redeem. Roblox says the normal mobile app and console interfaces do not provide this redemption route, while Samsung Galaxy users have a documented in-app exception. Use the intended account in the browser even if most play happens on another device. The support page currently describes worldwide code redemption and conversion into account-local currency; this issuer statement does not independently verify the origin or authenticity of an imported listing.

Credit is visible in a different place from Robux
After an eligible card is redeemed, Roblox Credit is generally visible on the redemption or billing-settings page, rather than on every account screen. Roblox says credit can only be viewed and used in a browser. Not seeing additional Robux inside the mobile app does not, by itself, establish that redemption failed. First inspect available credit on the account that received the code. Keep a record of the confirmation before trying another redemption or contacting support about a missing balance.

Choose how much credit to convert
Roblox's credit guide explains the Get Robux option and the separate conversion option for a balance too small to buy a full package. Available choices depend on the balance, and the guide says credit cannot be combined with another payment type for part of a purchase. Review the selected package and remaining credit before confirming. A larger gift-card denomination increases the available budget; it does not establish a particular package, supplier stock or checkout availability on PinGifts.
