- Return for your code. We release your reserved code after the provider verifies the complete payment.
- Keep your access key. Save the key and order number shown on your private order page.
Common questions
How long does confirmation take?
It depends on the selected blockchain and provider processing. A transfer can be visible on-chain before the payment is complete. Your code is released when the verified provider status is finished.
I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network.
Check your invoice and contact support with your order number and transaction reference. Do not send a second payment until you understand the issue. Transfers on an unsupported network may not be recoverable.
My code isn’t working.
Confirm the account region and product edition, then follow the redemption instructions. If the issue continues, contact support with your order number and the error message. Do not include your full code.
Do you email my code?
Codes are currently delivered on your private order page. Save your order number and access key so you can return later.
Can I get a refund?
Read the refund policy before purchasing. Contact support before redeeming a code you believe is incorrect. Blockchain transfers cannot simply be reversed.
