About Zalando gift cards

A fashion balance does not cover every category

Zalando's UK gift-card terms define eligible products around personal appearance, such as clothing and shoes, and cover its website and application. Its redemption help separately explains that some categories, including beauty products and electronics, are excluded. Build the intended eligible basket before deciding on a value. A product being sold by Zalando or a partner does not automatically establish that a gift balance will pay for it. Check the current category rules when a present is intended for a particular item.
