About Xbox Live gift cards

The benefit matters more than the Xbox label

A Microsoft or Xbox gift card can add spending money to a Microsoft account, while other Xbox codes grant a particular game, download or subscription benefit. Microsoft groups these redemption routes together, but the results differ. Read the complete variant name and value before comparing offers. An Xbox Live label in a researched catalog should not be interpreted as a promise of Game Pass months. A money amount and a membership period are different specifications, even when their artwork looks similar.
