Buying a US Twitch card from abroad

People outside the US often look for these cards because their Twitch account is a US one; the card follows the account, not the buyer's address. US searches tend to name the amount, as in a 75 Twitch gift card. Each value links to its own page. PinGifts lists Twitch cards for 4 countries in all. Australia has the largest Twitch range, with 11 values against 6 here. It is the only Twitch market here priced in USD.
